Our tiered model allows you to choose the level of depth, shaping, and time that feels right for you — from a simple, meaningful session to a multi‑session generational keepsake.
All pricing tiers include encrypted archival preservation and storage at no extra charge as well as administrative support.
What is included in every tier?
Regardless of the tier you choose, you receive:

How do the tiers differ?
Essential Legacy ($495) A single, gentle session capturing a message or reflection.

Heirloom Legacy ($3,500) A multi‑session, narrative‑shaped, premium experience designed as a generational gift.

Do you offer payment plans?

Do you offer sliding‑scale or sponsored sessions?

Can a clinic or organization pay for my session?
Yes.
Many clinics, hospice, and wellness programs sponsor sessions for their patients or families.
If your provider referred you, they may already have a sponsorship arrangement in place.
Are there any hidden fees?

Your tier price includes everything listed.
Optional physical keepsakes (such as a drive or printed materials) are available at a small additional cost, but they are never required.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes.
If you begin with Essential or Curated and decide you’d like a deeper experience, you may upgrade at any time.
Your initial payment is applied toward the new tier.
Do you offer refunds?
If you need to cancel before your session, we offer a full refund. If you need to reschedule, we will always accommodate you. After a session is completed, refunds are not available due to the time and care involved — but we will work with you to ensure you feel supported and satisfied.
Why is this service priced higher than a typical video recording?
Spoken Legacy is not a recording service. It is:
