how does it work
PURCHASE your option in the Legacy Shop. If this purchase is for yourself, you will receive an email directing you to our appointments portal.
If this is a gift certificate, You will provide contact information for the recipient. We will let you know when your gift has been redeemed.
PREPARE. We will email you a preparation guide prior to your appointment. Don’t worry – it’s not involved or complicated. We give you an idea of the types of questions and some recommendations on lighting and where to take your call to create the best recording possible.
CONFIRM. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text message confirming your appointment.
RECEIVE YOUR LINK. You will receive the link to your interview that morning. Contact us if you do not.
INTERVIEW. Enjoy the process. Be open, have fun!
- You will receive your digital copy within 7 – 10 business days. This timeframe is dependant on the package purchased and requests. Physical keepsakes, if purchased, will follow.
